About the Founder

David Singleton grew up in a poverty-stricken single parent home. As a young man, he learned the flooring installation trade and began his working career with only a pickup truck and some flooring tools to his name.

In his late teens, he began to apply Biblical financial principles he learned from his pastor and lived very frugally on the money he earned installing flooring.

For several years, he slept in a hallway at his mother’s house and spent only $6/day on food. Much of the rest of his money he saved or reinvested. In 2001, he purchased his first rental home.

He is now semi-retired and lives off the passive income from his rental property. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, visiting and helping missionaries, and teaching others about Biblical financial principles.
